Please fill out our pet sales contract and submit it if you purchase a Shiba Inu puppy from us. It is required before the puppy is shipped. Thank you!
Pet Sales Contract/Health Guarantee
When you purchase a puppy from us, you agree to the following:
This puppy is guaranteed free from life-threatening congenital/hereditary defects for a period of one year from its date of birth [DOB]. Every effort is made by seller to ensure the puppy is delivered in a sound, healthy condition. If the puppy were to develop a serious condition within one year of it's DOB, which has been diagnosed by two unassociated veterinarians, is unable to live a normal life or warrants euthanasia, a new puppy of equal or better quality will be available to you on the next available litter. We must be notified within two business days, of the diagnosis of a health problem and provide us with the name and telephone number of the veterinarian and a copy of the veterinarian's reports and x-rays on the puppy. Shipping costs would be at your expense if applicable. Buyers must sign over and send back registration papers before puppy is exchanged. This guarantee does not cover conditions resulting from respiratory, bacterial or parasitic infections, any condition caused by environmental surroundings i.e.: allergies, mange, or neglect. Grade 3 or 4 luxating patellas are covered for 6 months and must be diagnosed congenital, not caused by trauma.
You agree to provide the puppy with regular veterinarian care, including vaccines and wormings due at your vet’s recommendations. All expenses incurred after the puppy leaves our premises are strictly the responsibility of the buyer. Seller assumes no responsibility for medical expenses, landlord disapprovals, allergies to animals, or any other reason not stated. You also agree to never place this puppy into a shelter for unwanted animals but will guarantee this puppy will be placed into a loving home if a situation arises where you will be unable to care for it. If a suitable home can’t be found, you agree to contact me and discuss the situation to find the best solution for the puppy.
All puppies come with AKC or APRI registrations [advertised at the time of sale] and will be sent via US Mail within 60 days of receiving proof of spay or neuter. Show or breeding ability is not guaranteed if purchasing full rights.
By electronically signing and submitting this contract you state that you fully understand and agree to the above.
